    Our team

    Whilst Hawkes Bay Crane Hire has been a stalwart in the crane industry for over 30 years, the company underwent a change of ownership in November 2015 when father and son duo, Aaron and Mike Bourke, purchased the business from the previous owner and founder, Basil Jordan.

    Despite the change of ownership, the qualified crane operators of Wallace Wade, Ronald Brenchley and Kevin Pullen continue to be part of the team.  Each are highly skilled and experienced crane operators with over 100 years' industry experience between them.  Over the years, they have developed an excellent reputation for solid, reliable service.  Hawkes Bay Crane Hire has also recently welcomed a new crane operator, Terence Grieve, to the team - an experienced operator from Australia.  Aaron Bourke has also recently completed his Certificate in Crane Operation which brings the total of qualified crane operators to five.
